$150,000 to develop a transitional housing facility and support services for homeless veterans

$81,000 to establish a fundraising and development program

Rocky River Community Challenge – Rocky River

$10,000 for a strategic planning consultant

Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Association, Inc. – Avon

$168,489 to establish an office to serve clients and their families in Lorain and Western Cuyahoga counties.

West Creek Preservation Committee -- Parma

$50,000 to facilitate opportunities for conservation and outdoor recreation in the West Creek watershed of the Cuyahoga River.
