The Time Warner-Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund was established in 2000 to promote the use of telecommunications and computer equipment and services for residents of the City of Cleveland. A competitive grantmaking process is conducted once a year.

The 2011-12 Time Warner-Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund request-for-proposals document is now available. Click here to download the RFP. Please note that only those organizations that received funding in 2010-11 are eligible for funding this year. The application must be submitted electronically through our Gifts and Grants Online system. All applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, 2011.
