Caprice H. Bragg

Caprice H. Bragg

Senior Vice President for Gift Planning and Donor Relations

Caprice Bragg leads a development team that helps donors realize their philanthropic dreams. Previously, she served as director of planned giving and as a gift planning officer for the Cleveland Foundation. Prior to joining the foundation, Caprice practiced law in-house at KeyCorp and at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP. She also was an employee benefits and human resources consultant with Ernst & Young LLP.

Caprice serves on the State of Ohio’s Commission on Cultural Facilities; the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section Committee;  and Lake Ridge Academy’s board of directors. She is also active with the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland (past president), In Counsel with Women, and AdNet, a professional organization for development professionals in community foundations. Caprice is also a board member for the Black Professional Association’s Charitable Foundation and has served on a national committee for the Council on Foundations.

Her honors include an “Unsung Hero” Award in 1999, Kaleidoscope Magazine’s “40 under 40,”  the National Conference of Community and Justice Young Professional of the Year Award, YWCA’s Woman of Professional Excellence and Woman of Achievement awards, and the University of Akron's Women Trailblazer award, and recognition as a Kaleidoscope Magazine Woman of Achievement and a Northern Ohio Live Rainmaker. 

Caprice is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Cleveland. The Akron native graduated with honors from Oberlin College with a bachelor’s degree in government, and earned her juris doctor from the New York University School of Law.

Terri Eason

Terri Eason

Director of Gift Planning

Terri Eason is responsible for managing the foundation’s development program. Her primary focus is cultivating relationships to help establish philanthropic legacies. Terri has two decades of experience in financial services, including wealth management, relationship management, new business development, and both private and corporate banking. She launched her career at National City Corporation where she held a variety of positions, including director of nonprofit business services. In that role, she was responsible for new business development and relationship management of nonprofit and higher education organizations. During her time with National City, she received the company’s NCC Excel Award for extraordinary client and community service.

Eason has served the nonprofit community as a director on several area nonprofit boards, including the Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center, Recovery Resources, Junior Achievement, Women’s City Club Foundation, and the Associate Board of the United Black Fund. She is a member of the National Black MBA Association, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. She received her master of business administration degree from Cleveland State University, as well as a bachelor of arts degree from Penn State University.

Ann Fairhurst

Ann Fairhurst

Lake-Geauga Officer

Ann Fairhurst works with donors and nonprofit organizations in Lake and Geauga counties to support programs and initiatives in the region. She serves as staff liaison for the Lake-Geauga Fund and works closely with the foundation's Lake-Geauga Advisory Committee to promote community-responsive grantmaking.

Ann comes to the foundation after serving as chief development officer for Girl Scouts of Lake Erie Council and as director of foundation and corporate relations for Lake Erie College.

She earned a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Toledo and a master of fine arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Marie L. Monago

Marie L. Monago

Gift Planning Officer

Marie Monago works with current and prospective donors and financial advisors to establish and develop plans for giving. Her background in law and finance is a valuable resource. Prior to joining the Cleveland Foundation, Marie was vice president/manager of the Personal Trust Department at Fifth Third Bank, where she oversaw the administration of personal trusts, investment management, and custodial and estate accounts. Her experience includes positions as an associate at Johnson & Crane (Miami) and as a judicial apprentice at the Appellate Court and associate judge at the Regional Court in her native Sweden.

Marie is secretary of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and a member of the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council, the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, and Playhouse Square Toastmasters. She holds a master of laws degree from the University of Miami and a juris doctor from the University of Stockholm.

Holly Selvaggi

Holly Selvaggi

Gift Planning Officer

Holly Selvaggi works with donors, financial advisors and attorneys, with the goal of helping donors achieve their philanthropic goals. She came to the Cleveland Foundation in 2008 after a career as a corporate attorney and serving in various roles for Cleveland-area nonprofit organizations. As an attorney, she practiced with several firms, most recently as a partner at Cowden & Humphrey Co., focusing on business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, asset-based and real estate financing, banking, and commercial law.

Selvaggi has worked on a variety of high-profile development projects in the local nonprofit sector. That includes two years with the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she was instrumental in helping to complete a successful $40 million capital campaign.

Selvaggi earned her juris doctor degree at Northwestern University School of Law. She also has Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester, and was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study at the Hochschule fur Musik in Hamburg, Germany.

Jennifer Rudolph

Jennifer Rudolph

Gift Planning Associate

Jennifer Rudolph arranges outright and planned gifts made to the Cleveland Foundation and prepares charitable gifting documents. She joined the foundation in 2004 from Charles Schwab & Co., where she worked as legal counsel in that firm’s Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) department. She is a member of the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council and the North Olmsted Board of Zoning Appeals. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a juris doctor from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
