Neighborhood Technology Fund

The Spectrum-Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund was established in 2000 to promote the use of telecommunications and computer equipment and services for residents of the City of Cleveland. A competitive grantmaking process is conducted once a year.

The 2020-2021 Spectrum-Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund request for proposals document is now available.

The application must be submitted electronically through our Gifts and Grants online system.

All applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020.
