Neighborhood Technology Fund

The Time Warner-Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund was established in 2000 to promote the use of telecommunications and computer equipment and services for residents of the City of Cleveland. A competitive grantmaking process is conducted once a year.

The 2019-2020 Time Warner-Cleveland City Council Neighborhood Technology Fund request-for-proposals document will become available in September 2019. The application must be submitted electronically through our Gifts and Grants Online system
