Planning for the Region’s Transportation Future at Blackbird Baking Company

The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) presents “Planning for the region’s transportation future.” The agency’s Board of Directors recently approved the Long-Range Transportation Plan for Northeast Ohio called “AIM Forward 2040.” The plan presents a vision of the region’s transportation system 20 years into the future and identifies $15.8 billion in projects. In addition, the plan assesses congestion, freight movement, safety and more. It also outlines strategies for addressing these issues in the future. The plan invests more than 90 percent of the $15.8 billion in funding for maintenance and community livability projects, and emphasizes multimodal alternatives for commuters. Learn more in a conversation with us and let us know if we got it right!
