Purpose: To provide scholarship support for a freshman at Ohio University or Cuyahoga Community College majoring in engineering. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA (high school) and financial need. Preference given to graduates of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and African-Americans.

Please Note: The award for 2018-19 will be granted to an Ohio University student.
Award process: Formal notification of award will be made by the Cleveland Foundation to the selected recipient(s). Awards will be paid to the school for the benefit of the student and must be applied to tuition, fees, books, supplies, and/or equipment required for coursework.
- Maintain full-time enrollment status
- for each term (min 3.0 GPA in engineering required)
