Internship & Fellowship Programs

The Cleveland Foundation offers career-launching opportunities in Cleveland’s nonprofit and public sectors through its Summer Internship Program and Public Service Fellowship. Since 1999, the internship program has provided diverse, emerging professionals with paid, 11-week experiences. The fellowship, launched in 2016, immerses leaders from across the country in public service. Committed to diversity and inclusion, the foundation partners with host sites to develop a strong pipeline of future leaders for Northeast Ohio.
