A Long-Standing Commitment
The Cleveland Foundation has supported older adults since the 1950s through grantmaking in healthcare, housing, advocacy, and supportive services.
From 2003 to 2006, the foundation led the nationally recognized Successful Aging Initiative, a $4 million program that activated senior talent. This initiative influenced communities nationwide, fostering recognition of the valuable contributions older adults bring to their communities.
