- Cleveland Foundation Receives Habit...
The Cleveland Foundation is the 2025 recipient of Greater Cleveland's Habitat for Humanity Community Partner Award.
"We’ve partnered with Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity since 1991, investing in their work to address housing insecurity and strengthen neighborhoods," said Cleveland Foundation President and CEO Lillian Kuri. "Habitat’s mission to transform lives through stable, safe housing aligns perfectly with our commitment to building vibrant, asset-rich communities."
This award recognizes an organization for its significant local partnership and support in helping the nonprofit build homes and communities. This award is given by local Habitat affiliates to organizations like corporations, community groups, or other nonprofits that have worked closely with them to further their mission, often through funding, volunteer work, or other contributions.
"We’re truly honored because this award reflects the power of collaboration and what we can accomplish together," said Kuri. "It’s also a tribute to our incredible community impact team—especially Senior Director Keisha Gonzalez and Senior Program Officer Joe Black—who work closely with Habitat and share a deep commitment to our neighborhoods."
