The Cleveland Foundation’s vision is create a vibrant Northeast Ohio where no Clevelander is left behind. Each quarter, our board and staff approve grants across Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties that combine long-term investments in the systems and opportunities that will strengthen our region for years to come with immediate support for the critical needs of our neighbors today.
The Cleveland Foundation board and staff granted more than $15 million to nonprofits serving Greater Cleveland in Q2.
“This quarter, investment in our workforce emerged as a unifying thread across both immediate and long-term priorities—linking regional job creation, career-connected learning, and neighborhood-based employment strategies,” said Joyce Pan Huang, Chief Impact Officer. “We are in a powerful moment where generational efforts from the Site Readiness for Good Jobs Fund and Greater Cleveland Works are increasing economic competitiveness and workforce training, and many organizations are providing direct services to support families and individuals with economic stability in the near term.”
Below is the foundation’s Q2 2026 grantmaking, organized by impact area.
