Register for your summer job

It’s almost March, and before you know it, summer will be in full swing. Teenagers and young adults can connect with exciting, paid summer jobs thanks to Youth Opportunities Unlimited’s “My Summer Job” Youth Employment Program.

The program matches thousands of Cuyahoga County teens and young adults ages 14-24 with meaningful summer work experiences.

Youth Opportunities Unlimited is the lead agency for youth employment with the MyCom initiative, created by the Cleveland Foundation. The MyCom network connects Greater Cleveland’s young people with high-quality programs and services in a safe and supportive environment. MyCom helps create and sustain neighborhood-based out-of-school time and summer activities, including youth employment, youth leadership and engagement, and college and career readiness.

Youth Opportunities Unlimited is also Northeast Ohio’s leading youth workforce development organization, providing job placement, training and and development programs to at-risk youth.

To be considered for the “My Summer Job” program, register online through May 2. To find out more and register, visit www.youthopportunities.org
