As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have entered uncharted territory for the Greater Cleveland community. As we navigate this difficult time together, the Cleveland Foundation is here to support our partner organizations across Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties.
- For current grantees, if you need flexibility to support current operations, please contact us to request a change of programmatic funding to operating support.
- For organizations that have had to cancel events, you may repurpose grant funding we have made in support of those events.
- We will expedite grant approvals, and we have streamlined the grant application process during this time of critical need. Certain grants will still need to go to our board on a quarterly basis, though some exceptions may apply.
- We will suspend grantee reporting requirements until a future date to be determined.
At this time, we will not be accepting grant inquiries for new organizations, capital requests, sponsorships, travel or events. However, you may be eligible to apply for a grant from the Greater Cleveland COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund.
